24 Hours Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please text or email as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 70% of the service value.
Cancellation with less than 5 hour's notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.
