ABOUT REIKI ATTUNEMENT:
USUI / HOLY FIRE REIKI I (Personal)
Duration - 1 day
Cost - £190 (£50 additional cost for a one-to-one course)
Reiki I is an experiential journey into awareness of the world of energy, in order to enhance the balance between one's physical, mental and emotional bodies. The first level is an introduction to working with energy in a practical way and therefore allows one to work on family and friends, as well as oneself. This is for personal use only.
USUI / HOLY FIRE REIKI II (Practitioner level)
Duration - 1 day
Cost - £250 (£50 additional cost for a one-to-one course)
Reiki II is about continuing the commitment to the principles of Reiki and utilising the energy both for oneself and for members of the general public.
The Reiki II qualification requires the student to provide evidence of competence in the form of individual treatments to demonstrate sufficient knowledge to be able to explain Reiki Therapy and provide it safely, effectively and consistently. After completion of this level students are qualified to work as a Reiki practitioner.
Mila is available for full after course support to all her students.
USUI / HOLY FIRE MASTER LEVEL 3
Duration - 1 day
Cost - £340 (£50 additional cost for a one-to-one course)
The Usui/ Holy Fire Master qualification is for Practitioners that wish to have additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge that will add value to their self growth and will increase healing abilities.
REIKI USUI/HOLY FIRE TEACHER TRAINING
Duration - 1 day
Cost - £230 (£50 additional cost for a one-to-one course)
This course is for who want to teach other students the elements of Reiki Usui
CANDLE HOLYFIRE REBALANCE TECHNIQUE
Duration - 1 day
Cost - £190
This course is for who want to add an extra powerful tool to their personal and professional healing journey. You will learn how to use a candle flame to release unwanted energy and learn on a deeper level how the blockages effect your or a person life

Energy YogaFit
What is Energy YogaFit?
Energy Yoga is linked to Dahn Yoga and is based on East Asian understanding of life energy. Sessions are designed to tone the body, help develop self-awareness and improve the circulation of energy in the body. It creates the opportunity to improve quality of life, happiness and inner peace, as well as detoxing the body helping to manage your health and emotions. Suitable for people of all ages and ability levels.

Energy YogaFit Classes
Classes are an energizing combination of body tapping, full body workout, core-strengthening, cardio, breathing exercise, meridian-stretching, qigong, vibration, dance, and energy meditation.
One to One/Small Groups Energy YogaFit Classes
The benefit of a private yoga session or small groups is that it allows each practice to be catered to your needs. Offering time for special adjustments, and constant attention. Mila will do her best to tend to you and your practice, helping you to achieve your goals in creating the body you want, sharpen your senses and calm the mind. Private sessions can range from physically challenging to strengthen the body, or sessions that are deeply relaxing to release stress and anxiety.
Postnatal YogaFit Classes
Postnatal YogaFit classes are a fantastic way for new mums to stay strong and relaxed without needing to find a babysitter. Classes are a combination of full body workout, core-strengthening, cardio, stretching and breathing exercises. This will allow you to aid post-birth recovery, strengthening your abdomen, back pelvic floor, and full body whilst encouraging you to relax, release tension and give you space to bond with your baby.
In this warm and friendly environment, you will meet other mums on their postnatal journeys. Through the exploration of yoga and fitness, being surrounded by other new mums, you need not worry if you need to stop to feed, change or comfort your baby during the class.
Classes are fun for baby too! We keep them entertained with baby stretches, interactive sounds and playfulness. Improve your baby’s sleeping pattern, enhance their relaxation and stimulate your baby's mental and physical development through techniques which you will can apply at home too. Postnatal YogaFit classes are informal, friendly classes offering a supportive space in which to bond and interact with your baby and to connect with other mums. Classes are suitable for babies of all ages up until your baby is walking (or a very speedy crawler).
